Yummy Energy Bites
Our most recent retreaters loved our energy bites so much they asked if we could give them the recipe, so here it is, in 4 simple steps!! (Makes 12)
100g Oats
150g Almonds
50g Raw Cacao
1 tbsp Maca Powder
A pinch of salt
3 tbsp Hones
100g Almond Butter
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Blend the oats and almonds in the food processor for 2 minutes
- Add the cacao, maca and a pinch of salt, blend for 1 minute
- Finally add the honey, almond butter and coconut oil and blend
- Roll mixture into balls and pop them in the fridge for a few hours to set.
